Karma did an amazing job of building an itinerary that was perfect for our family. We unanimously agreed the trip was a 10/10 on all aspects. After arrival in Zurich, it became immediately clear that our family was going to be taken care of after Anne (our concierge) met us at the airport and made us feel so welcome in Switzerland. The bottom line is Karma/Covington Travel took the anxiety out of traveling overseas to unknown areas for our family. I can't express how huge this is for peace of mind, and how much it helps turn a great vacation into an exceptional one. We will be using Karma/Covington Travel on our next excursion. After loving the honeymoon Covington Travel planned for us last summer, we used them again this year for an anniversary trip to Maine. On our honeymoon, we traveled through France, Italy, and Greece and we wanted to take advantage of as much culture and history as possible. For our trip to Maine, we were looking for something completely different - hiking adventures and beach relaxation.
