I have actually traveled a couple of times on this airline and I can only be very satisfied. The service is very pleasant, everything is very clean. For me it is the best, I had the best experience and I have had it and I hope to continue having it.

Terrible service, no resolution for their customer, the staff was very unhelpful and did not care to help , no accommodations , you won’t get a straight answer everything will be a run around .

That part of the airport it’s old and seemed to be dirty even tho I saw people cleaning it and taking care .

Terrible service. Once you get to the counter, the airline charges for your luggage!!! Even though you have already paid for a complete air ticket! Then, they practically oblige you to check in on a horrible webpage, to realise once they have given you your boarding pass that the seat you have reserved online, 24 hours in advance, has already been assigned to somebody else! What's wrong with these people? CERO stars for this awful airline! So so so presumptuous!

Their business class and lounges are ok. But if you have a problem and need to get someone on the phone, plan on getting disconnected. That's AFTER 10 call attempts with busy signals. There's an option to have the system call you back. You MIGHT receive a call back in 10 minutes or an HOUR. Either way, you'll be disconnected when the CSA gets on the line. Made it through to the CSA finally. "Yes sir, we can make that change for you. It's only $1.20 fare difference. I just need to transfer you to make the payment with a credit card". Then got disconnected. I called back after MANY attempts and got someone. BOOM...disconnected! On United or American, I can text or connect with Facebook Messenger and get a resolution to an issue in 10 minutes. Flight crew and flight attendants are great though. PROCEED WITH CAUTION
