Had to travel for my mother and law funeral. Qatar air line denied my boarding due to in correct DOB caused by embassy. I have proof from embassy that this would not cause any issues. Travel agent did nothing to resolve this issue or even help to resolve this issue. Stay far from this place. They will sell you a ticket and will leave you hanging in the middle. I lost my entire ticket and still waiting for a refund or resolution. Customer service is worst. money hungry people.

If there was a 6 star review, this travel company would definitely be on the list. They have been the most helpful and understanding people. Especially with a special mention of Waleed uncle. He has been a god sent for all the hassle that one has to go through with travels in this COVID timings. They offered best prices and were always available if we had any problems with our booking. Even if there was something wrong with the flights or the flights were being cancelled, he took it upon himself to fix all the problems end get us on the best available flight. I would recommend their services to anyone booking their flight tickets because of their exceptional prices and customer service.

Is there a way ? where I can give 10 stars or more to Mr. Waleed Kath as he gave unparalleled to non service. My elderly parents 86yrs plus wanted to traveling to India by business class, so I contacted another agent who is in the industry for long time but I got a very horrible experience as he constantly changed dates and airlines one after another without sending me the confirmed ticket. I had referred him so many clients but was not knowing that this person has no value or respect for any passenger or age of the passenger. I was so upset as I had no answer for my parents about the status of the ticket then I contacted Continents Travel and was so fortunate that Mr. Waleed Kath was connected. He not only treated me very respectfully but he took the care of the ticket issue of my parents with most effective way. He not only made me completely relaxed but on top of it he saved tons of money for me. I will 1000 times refer to Mr. Waleed Kath any time to my friends, clients and of course for all my family future travel needs. I can't complete my review without mentioning that I wanted to give him some extra money for what he had done for me so I asked him if he uses CashApp or Zelle and you know what he told me that he did all this considering my parents as his and so he just needs blessings and not the money. Thank you for all of your assistance, Over the past 2 years the world has completely changed due to COVID with frequently changes in travel policies affecting all the travelers worldwide.
