They have done a tremendous job assisting us with flights on 2 different occasions so far, and one last minute hotel reservation when we were stuck in Australia. I called Compass Group customer service and told them we missed the last flight out of Australia for the night after being held up in customs, and would have to sleep in the airport until the next flight the following day. All the hotels around the airport were booked and Marlena did a miracle job, and found us a hotel close to the airport that even had shuttle service! What a life saver for us and our 2 year old. My recent experience was that I needed tickets to Italy that were selling out fast, and the prices were changing as fast as I could refresh on my computer. I contacted Compass Group. My representative Marlena worked effortlessly on getting me the best deal on tickets to Italy. She kept in constant contact with me while she worked behind the scene with the airlines. She gave me the best options to choose from, because I couldnt pull up the same prices that she pulled up when I went online, and after an error was discovered on one of the tickets, by the airlines, she worked diligently with the airlines and myself to get it corrected with no extra cost to me. I have thrown a lot of requests for my upcoming vacation, and she has done an awesome job meeting my expectations, starting with flights, cruise, private tours, extended stay in different countries and transportation at each location.
