Simply the best, my company uses this agency and no matter what the situation or hour they have a solution. Example: I recently was traveling from a Northeast City to Dallas most flights were cancelled / delayed due to weather in Dallas. I called the Executive Platinum line with American and they had no solution for rebooking me on a cancelled flight that was 16 hours later than was planned. Called Colwick and Lani had me rebooked on a flight that was within 4 hours. I travel about 45 weeks a year. Wouldn’t want any other agency. All the agents at Colwick are very professional and consistently follow up with you to make sure you get to where you need to go.
