Terrible customer service. The superior concierge service they promised is a joke. When we finally get someone on the line they redirect you to another number and tell you this isn’t their job. One lady told me to only email since they are too busy to answer calls. They won’t help book vacations, they’ll send you to their site to do it yourself, the site is not easy to use and the pricing often costs more than Expedia. The one trip we booked with them due to a promotion took multiple emails and calls. The only reason they responded was because we threatened to cancel our membership. Finally Samantha Michel booked it for us but has failed to respond by email or phone to additional follow up requests and more bookings, she is supposed to be one of the owners, but her customer service is non existent. We travel multiple times a year and have yet to see the benefit of their services because no one is available to help. During their sales pitch they also told us they had signed a lease that day to open an office in our market. A year later and they do not have a local office. Don’t fall for their lies, save your money and your time chasing after someone for help. Book with a reputable local agent or Expedia.

We were in a presentation for Clear Travel on Aug 15th. We liked that they were willing to buy us out of our timeshare. We ended up going back on the 16th and bought into Clear Travel and in return they gave us a deal to buy out our timeshare from us. Were were told that they would discount the membership for Clear Travel and then add $500 per time share to the cost to cover the transfer fees of the time share. It is now Dec 6th and we are still dealing with everything. We are now being told by a third party that we need to cover the cost of the transfer fee if we want to keep moving forward. No one from Clear Travel is calling us back. Not even the person who sold us on all of this. I have emailed several times and get nothing. We have no idea what to do at this point.
