The owner, Kathy Janes is a fountain of info for your trips. She has planned international and US trips for my group everything from plane tickets to 5 different hotels, to car rentals and side trips. We have known each other for 20+ years and she is spot on with her agency.

Kathy is very caring and helpful. She has traveled herself and has first hand knowledge on vacation destinations. I would highly recommend going to see her to book your next vacation. We already booked 2 and are booking our 3rd this year.

Kathy was our travel agent. Didn't really communicate well with me. Every month for 6 months i would have to email her to find out if whatever issue she came across with SW airlines was resolved. As days got closer to our trip, we weren't sure if we were going to have to owe, or if our flights would be cancelled or what. When i gave her my feedback that she should consider reaching out to her clients regardless of the circumstances just to let them know she hasn't forgotten about them she got very defensive. I was just trying to point out something i didn't appreciate and would want to help her with future clients. Needless to say, i won't be back. When asked if she can email us some resorts she would recommend we only received 3 options and didn't seem family friendly as requested. It really seemed like she didn't really care to help us. We have a family of 30 traveling next year for a wedding, i'll make sure to tell them to avoid this place at all cost.

Best travel agency!!! I've booked 4 trips in the past 2 years here. They are very honest and made our vacations unforgettable. They handled everything so wonderfully, from the smallest detail to contacting the resorts and letting them know about our anniversary being celebrated during our stay. We will definitely be using them again. We already started the planning for our next trip with them.
