CIRE Travel deserves MORE than a five-star rating!! We were recommended by a friend to use CIRE Travel on a celebration visit to Hawaii, a state we had never visited. Although we did our usual travel research, working with Melissa at CIRE made it one of our most enjoyed and memorable vacations. She attended to every last detail and began planning and guiding us months before our departure. Melissa’s intake call lasted almost an hour – making sure she knew all our previous travel destinations, and documented our likes and dislikes to ensure she guided us appropriately. After the initial call, she began emailing suggestions, options and recommendations. Whatever questions we had, Melissa responded almost immediately. She gave us excellent hotel/resort recommendations at various price-points, arranged somewhat complicated flights as we planned on visiting more than one island, and scheduled highly-rated tours at each island. She also handled a somewhat unusual request in finding and booking the best companies on the islands to provide my husband with mobility scooters. When realizing we had somewhat overbooked our tours due to health issues, she immediately pivoted and took care of the cancellation – no effort on our part whatsoever. Once in the final stages, Melissa scheduled a call to review all the arrangements, as well as contact information should we need “off-hour” assistance and provided an app that included every detail of our travel. In addition, she sent us comprehensive lists of all recommended restaurants, broken down both by area and dining levels and flavors. Next trip – CIRE Travel will arrange!!!

CIRE Travel was absolutely indispensable to us in planning our trip to the American Virgin Islands. Though we were late in booking our travel, Melissa found us reasonably priced flights despite the late date. In addition, she arranged for a driver to meet our plane and to convey us across St. Thomas to catch the last ferry of the day to our eventual destination of Lovango. The resort on Lovango was lovely in every way. Our trip back home, which again involved a ferry, a car, and a plane, was seamless. I highly recommend using CIRE Travel!

We cannot say enough great things about CIRE Travel! We worked with them to execute our bucket list honeymoon in South Africa, and our trip beyond exceeded our expectations! We knew we wanted to travel along the Garden Route and experience a safari, and after our initial call with our travel agent, she put together a once in a lifetime itinerary customized to fit our likes/dislikes, wants, and needs. They made the process super easy for us - from planning our itinerary, traveling from place to place in South Africa, all the way to our flights back to the United States, and all the little details in between. Every place we stayed, and every activity that was planned, truly felt like it was hand picked for us. They set us up with an app so we could easily check our itinerary and message our CIRE team if we had questions or needed assistance, which was really helpful and put our minds at ease traveling to a country we weren't familiar with. Not to mention the complimentary champagne and treats at each place made us feel extra special :) It was the best trip we have ever taken together, and truly a once in a lifetime experience overall. We can't thank the CIRE Team enough for planning the honeymoon of our dreams!

Katy and her team at CIRE did a fantastic job organizing our trip to Cuba. Note that I did my very best at throwing all sorts of challenges at them. Within two weeks from the set departure date in the middle of a busy summer, we went from organizing an event-filled trip trip to Turkey to a full-on cultural experience in Havana and surrounding areas, after touching upon Ireland- and Bermuda-based options. Katy showed remarkable experience in navigating through various bookings and requests that could accommodate the needs of a demanding family. In the end, her patience and determination delivered a memorable package. To anyone looking for customized travel solutions and a very attentive service, CIRE should top the list.

The entire team at CIRE Travel is wonderful!!! While I have interacted with many of their employees nationwide, I work most closely with the Boston office. Whether it's business or leisure travel, I use them to book hotels, rental cars, and flights, etc. They often work after hours and on weekends to check in with me for trip changes, most importantly outstanding ticketing, fare changes & flight changes. The latter, being the #1 reason that I rely upon travel agents when booking trips for my executives as well as my own personal travel. They help ease the stress involved and alleviate my having to call the airline directly if the situation arises (and that has happened more than ever this year). I have traveled often during covid, and they always have the most up-to-date requirements regarding Covid related travel. In addition, they are all such lovely people, that it becomes so easy to build a rapport with them. I'm an executive assistant and building rapport and networks is a key element to doing my job well.
