Great when they work. Was on a 2 stop trip, got the final destination wrong (most likely fat fingered) end of the trip booked a rental car, first call it didn’t go through so had to sit in Rental car building for minutes, just for them to input incorrect return location. They need to slow down and confirm the information w customers before they submit it. Also, call failed after .5 seconds of picking up, never called me back so had to get back on hold que for another hour

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! 24 hours available? That's not true at all! I have been calling 3 days straight now to make changes in my international flight for a military mission. Got hung up on 3 times, been on hold almost 2 hrs.Left VM, sent an email, even requested call back. No response what so ever. This place deserves 0 star.

I called at 0830 on a Saturday to change my flight to an earlier flight that morning. I selected them to call me back but wasn't called back until 0930, after which I already changed my flight at the Delta desk. When the travel agent finally called me back, I was at the gate waiting to board. She was rude and condescending. She said since I already changed my flight, she couldn't do anything for me even though I explained I already changed my flight because I put in for them to call me back an hour before. I wanted to pick up their call back to let them know I already got it taken care of. She was short and didn't apologize or give a reason for the hour long wait time. How are we supposed to have confidence in them when it takes that long for them to respond?

Absolutely useless when it comes to the fast paced needs of military travel. Another classic example of a contractor who gets a nice contract with the government and provides an unacceptable product because they know they can continue to and keep getting paid. Trying to book an overseas flight for last minute mission changes and requirements and I am 10 minutes away from the airport after having been on hold for 30 minutes. Mind you I called the EMERGENCY number for short notices (24 hours or less). So much unnecessary stress because the JTR/DTS requires me to use this company.

I have used them a few times now. Only once have they gotten it correct. Other times I have had to call back and get it fixed.
