This airline sucks. I flew on it last week and it was bad. First of all the aircraft was broken. So they canceled out flight to Taipei and they replaced the A350 with a crusty 777 that was over 15 years old. and the air conditioner was broken. and the crew as not nice don't fly on china airlines. Also don't fly on EVA air and fly on Starlux.

Tell me why your agents at the ticket counter can't rebook a flight for another day if you won't let me get on my flight. They said visa approval from VN so I can't go. Okay my father was in the hospital, I did everything I could to get my visa and passport on time. Can't you help a girl out? All the agents there were so unkind and unhelpful. I bookedy ticket directly on their website and not through an agent. You would think they can at least help me out by booking me a new flight. BEWARE that they will weigh your carry on. The weight limit is 7kg or 15lbs. If it's over, you're going to pay $200USD. So ridiculous. Their customer service is soooo bad and unforgiving for the carry on luggage. I never ever book China Airlines anymore.
