Seems their chief doesn't understand what the People's first amendment right entails. Add his arrogance and obstinance (and that of his officers) while a citizen was trying to correct him (them) when he (they) were attempting to violate a citizen's Constitutionally protected rights some months back. I imagine she wasn't the first person that was treated this way by any of those officers. I was recently on a girl’s trip with 3 friends, one of whom is in a wheelchair. We have traveled with this woman for the 30 years she has been paralyzed and have never encountered this problem. We walked out to ground transportation and asked if they had a handicapped cab?. No. Can you call one? No. Can’t she just stand up and walk over to get in this SUV? No… she’s paralyzed. She has to use a board and slide into a vehicle which needs to be a sedan. We stood around for an hour trying to solve this problem and FINALLY met a lovely Uber driver go helped us basically shove our friend up into his car. It was aggravating and humiliating for her. YOURE AN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Surely she isn’t the only person in a heel hair that uses your airport.

I've lived in Charleston for over four years now, and the soonest I've ever gotten my bag from the airport it's only taken 30 minutes. Guys, it's as simple as putting bags on the belt more efficiently… Can we get this done?

I travel A LOT. Just moved to Charleston, had to fly today. First trip from CHS. Breakfast was good but service was slow, internet/cell service SUCKS. They need to take a lesson from RDU. I've been in many small airports with MUCH better service.
