Booked through an agent which used Centrav to buy the airline tickets. Unfortunately there was a mistake on the ticket and we tried contacting the agent and Centrav but there was no way to contact anyone. The Emergency Contact for Centrav does not work! Before buying tickets from any agent, confirm that their Emergency number actually works and someone can respond to you within an hour! The response from the owner is not correct, the site does not have a emergency contact number. Click on the page takes you to a form you can fill out and you get an automated response saying they will get back to you in 24-48 hours.

Wow. I dont know how the reviews are high. Every time I speak to someone to help me with a client, the person Im speaking with acts like they dont want to be there. I have booked multiple multiple flights with you guys. And when ever I have to speak to someone... Forget it. They have irritation in their voice. I had to submit a change to a trip to Europe and it was multiple stops. The agent told me to submit it a certain way (ok. No problem). So I redid the ticket for the change the way they said. Then on the third response, the SAME agent told me that they could find the flights that I had request for the change and to start from scratch. Well I knew that was a lie. I did it right and the flights were all valid and current. And so I had to go back and screen shot the flights and flight numbers with the same exact itinerary which took more time, and emailed it back. Then all of a sudden the agent issued the change. Without saying sorry. Without saying, they made a mistake. Like I had to do so much extra work because these agents are bitter and unhappy. But I and TAs like me are the reason they have a job. And its set up to where we do 90% of the work anyway. How can you all be so bitter? So that's why I will be using Skybird Consolidator from now on. They are always happy and upbeat. They have a culture of heloing people.....plus they have payment plans for my clients. Maybe you all should teach your agents to actually come to work to help. And try smiling on the phone....we can hear it.

Centrav has been a great tool for me, my agents and agency to use when it comes to booking air for our clients. They respond fairly quickly and typically will do their best at helping resolve air issues. There have been a couple of bumps in the road where I felt I could have used better support, but overall, I still continue to trust and work with them. I would still recommend them over other air consolidators.

I love using Centrav for my client's flight needs. Their website is so user friendly and many times I come out looking like the hero since I helped my client save money. During this year of 2020, Centrav has been great to work with by helping my clients get their refunds for cancelled flights quickly.

Over the years I looked at several other consolidator sites and have spoken with managers of those sites. I keep coming back to Centrav as they simply have the best fares I can find. They also have a very easy website to navigate and they have a fantastic support staff. Have also used their group department (Tianna) and she is just wonderful. Helpful and works hard to offer the best deals she can find. Will continue to be a loyal user of Centrav!!
