This is by far the worst travel agency I have ever used. The woman was completely incompetent, rude and ineffective. I would not recommend using this service to anyone. We were denied itineraries for the travelers. She seemed surprised we even asked for Itineraries. The hotel had many peoples names spelled wrong. She used Expedia which anyone could have done, was argumentative when requesting common information. She was computer illiterate. Extremely unprofessional. Using this service was a nightmare. I will never use this service ever again and will make certain our entire facility and it's subsidiaries knows not to waste their time and money as the trouble we have been through so far with Catalyst has been costly, timely, irritating and ineffective at best.
