Would not recommend. Recent trip to portugal was handled badly, they showed a lack of empathy, flexibility and just acted as a conduit between me and the hotel and tennis academy. They also made a bit of a mess of the flight timings and failed to do much about it, even say, oops sorry. Really poor customer care.

We used Caribtours for return private airport transfers which was well organised and easy to find them outside the terminal holding the caribtours board. Our luggage was taken and loaded in the car and off we went. You also can’t fault Andre with his communication skills either he kept in touch with us all the time. Mid holiday we also asked Andre for a price to take us to Black River & YS Falls as we was staying in Negril and he popped us a competitive price back for hiring for the day. We had Leo as our driver who was very chatty and told us lots of interesting information about local life on our journey. We asked if we had to come back to the car at a certain time to meet him and he said Absolutely not its your day go and enjoy yourselves and I’ll be waiting for you when you want to leave. Great service guys and felt very well looked after. Would definitely recommend booking Andre and his team. No hesitation 👍

Run far, run fast. We recently booked a trip to St Lucia with Caribtours. What a mistake. Every part of the trip (aside from the flight) that they were responsible for went wrong. Upon returning we tried nicely to voice our grievances in order to be reimbursed with little effect. Save yourself the trouble and book your trip with someone else.
