We booked our honeymoon in Cancun with Karla. She was amazing every step of the way! She had recommendations for the resort we ended up choosing and it was exactly what we wanted. We went to Secrets Moxche in Playa del Carmen in January. Around 7 pm the evening before our flight was set to leave, I received a notice that our flight was cancelled. It was a Sunday evening and I called Karla and she answered immediately. She immediately went online to figure out what happened and then waited in an online queue to get assistance to rebook. She also was on hold on her phone waiting to see if she could get assistance quicker. She kept me up to date by email letting me know she’d call back ASAP. About 20-30 minutes later I got a call and she was able to book us on a flight that departed about an hour after the original flight. Not only did she save us from missing a day of our vacation, she was able to get us upgraded seats for no additional cost! This was my first time using a travel agent and I would HIGHLY recommend booking with Karla if you want a peace of mind and stress free vacation planning.

We just arrived from an incredible 2 weeks trip to Europe! Karla helped us narrow down what cities to do and even suggested driving down the coast of Croatia which was one of our favorite memories! All the hotels she picked for us were perfect from location to views to safety. We highly recommend her for any European travels!

Five stars aren’t enough for Karla! I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Karla to plan our recent family vacation to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons via Amtrak. My husband and I brought my elderly parents, both in their 80s, on this trip, and with their limited mobility and my father’s Parkinson’s diagnosis, I knew I needed an experienced travel agent to help us anticipate every step—and have a backup plan just in case. Karla was exactly that person and more. We had worked with Karla before for our honeymoon and had such a great experience that I didn’t hesitate to reach out to her for this more complex trip. From the beginning, Karla was kind, thoughtful, and patient—especially with my parents. She scheduled a Zoom meeting so they could ask questions and feel comfortable with the logistics, and she walked us through different travel options in a way that was never rushed or overwhelming. She also recommended travel insurance early on, which turned out to be incredibly wise advice. As we approached the trip, Karla stayed in touch to make sure everything was lined up, and even checked in with us while we were traveling to see how things were going. When my dad’s health began to decline toward the end of the trip, we had to cancel some of our planned activities and eventually missed our flight home after a medical emergency landed him in the ER. I cannot express how reassuring it was to have Karla in our corner at that moment. I emailed her at 5:00 a.m., unsure what to do about the airline, and she responded immediately—rebooking our flights and handling the logistics so I could focus on my dad. She continued to support us through the rest of the trip and even followed up once we got home to help guide me through the insurance claim process. Karla is the best kind of travel agent: professional, organized, and calm under pressure, but also warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. I would recommend her to anyone—but especially for trips involving complex travel arrangements, special mobility needs, or just a little extra TLC. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our trip possible and to help us through the unexpected. She is truly one of a kind.
