1. The passenger lay down on the floor in front of the emergency exit and remained there for approximately two hours. Despite my complaints, the cabin crew initially ignored this violation. Only after I intervened was he asked to return to his seat. 2. Shortly after being moved, he repeatedly returned to lying on the floor, again blocking the passage and the emergency exit, creating a continuous safety hazard. 3. Near the end of the flight, he stood up from his seat and attempted to retrieve items from an overhead bin located at the far end of the cabin, against instructions from the crew. He was only reluctantly guided back to his seat. 4. Upon arrival, he disembarked the aircraft without any interaction, questioning, or follow-up by airport agents or police, despite repeated breaches of safety rules during the flight. 5. He was smoking during the flight take off I would like to emphasize that previously, passengers who did not speak English, or who had mental or physical limitations, were not permitted to occupy seats adjacent to emergency exits. In this instance, the passenger not only occupied a critical safety position improperly, but also repeatedly blocked the exit and passage, creating a direct risk to all passengers. Due to this behavior, I was unable to rest during the flight, felt extremely unsafe, and experienced significant stress, constantly worrying that the passenger might interfere with the emergency exit at altitude. The inadequate response by the cabin crew not only endangered the wellbeing of passengers but also caused severe distress and anxiety.

I am a world traveler and Plantium life member on American Airlines for the past 30 years and have logged almost 3 million miles to date. I again regret to state that every time I am forced to coshare or use British Airways, my experience is disappointing Most recently, on my flight back from Dubai on Dec 8, flight 207, my business class seat was totally inoperable, and since the plane was full, I basically had a coach seat with upscale dinner. In addition, traveling through Heathrow continues to be a nightmare as upon deplaning, no agent is waiting for you to advise on connecting flights or the Flight Information board has not been updated to advise on Gate information. My connecting flight was just 2 hours from departure, but nothing was listed. In addition, the distance to travel to connecting terminals is a hassle, plus although I am a passenger in transit, I have to once again pass through security. As of this comment, I have yet to receive any correspondence from BA for my terrible experience. Please avoid BA airlines, if at all possible. Finally after 6 mos I received a 500 credit from BA, for my flight, however since I will not fly again withj BA, it's worthless.

Booking reference: P9CI6Q ($7,376.70) Our flight (My self and my wife) was on October 16th by 12.33pm with BA5237 AMERICAN AIRLINES from Atlanta to Philadelphia. We were at the airport by 8.54am and went straight to the check-in counter of American Airline. We check-in but on looking at our boarding passes I noticed that it was only my name on both boarding passes. I showed the boarding passes to the American Airline representative and she said the correction can only be made by British Airways and that I have to call them to make the changes to include my wife's name. I called British Airways immediately and I explained to the representative our issue, she said I have to pay for my wife's change of name. I paid the cost for my wife's change of name with my debit card as requested by the British Airways representative and she re-issued the ticket with my wife's correct name and she said we can now go back to check-in with American Airline. On getting back to the American Airline counter to check-in, the representative said my wife's name didn't appear on their system. Since the British Airways representative was still on the phone with me, I gave the phone to the American Airline representative to talk to British Airways representative. Both representatives went fort and back until finally the finally the American Airline system check-in time was cut off by 11.30am. I called back British Airways and was told that the status of that ticket was NO SHOW and that my only option is to buy another ticket and put in a claim. I had to buy another ticket (Booking reference: R4WLOQ) for $4540 to enable travel for a funeral in Nigeria. I have also put in my claim as advised by British Airways representative since on the 16th of October for the full refund of my $7,376.70 and up till now no response from British Airways. Frankly am highly disappointed with British Airways and I have been flying British Airways for over 20 years. You can't treat people like this fraudulently. I need a complete refund of my money or e-ticket for the same value of $7,376.70 ASAP.

Honestly a horrible experience. So my dad was supposed to go on British Airlines today from Miami to Cairo. His flight was 5:10 and we arrived 3:30 at British Airways. My dad waited in line for 45 minutes before they said he was supposed to go to American Airlines. He waited in line another 25 mins and American Airlines said he was supposed to go to United Airlines. By the time he was at United airlines it was already 4:40 and they would not allow my dad to board the gate. Called customer service 3 times. First line they said we could not refund or reschedule another flight for tomorrow. Second service said the same. Third service said theyโd have us speak to senior representative, but ended up hanging up. We learnt we he supposed to go to American Airlines but on the paper they said British Airlines, and got it all mixed up. Horrible experience, long lines, and 700 dollars down the drain for nothing.
