Buyer beware.....I booked a flight that was refundable within 24 hours and got $300 of the $1950 due. With hours of trying to get refund from them even with the paperwork proof that's due to me, they still have not given me my refund after two months. DO NOT BUY AIRLINE TICKETS with them. I'm taking it to the local news next.

Had a horrible flight back to the US. Plane was fully booked and guy behind me kept shoving my seat and would not allow me to recline my seat on this hellish 8 hour flight. Flight attendant said there was nothing he could do. Absolutely the worst experience. Could barely walk when I arrived and have had neck issues since. Never again.

Don't fly the A380, there are so many bags it takes an hour even if you have priority tags. Business class lay flat seats very uncomfortable you can only lay on your side one way because of the walls.

British Airways really let us down this time. Before the trip, they told us they moved one flight because we wouldn't have enough time for the next connection. Instead they seem to have cancelled ALL our flights, the two remaining that day and all three home. Instead of flying to London, we had to wait 5 hours to fly to Paris and another 6 there for the final flight. Nobody there knows who did it and nobody took responsibility. One World researched it and said British cancelled everything. We finally got flights back home scheduled. Not even a "sorry!"
