This review is for a trip taken from Athens Greece to London, Heathrow. Check was a breeze. The staff were friendly and excellent at their respective jobs. However, today is the last time I fly British Airways. The plane from Athens to London Heathrow was extremely old and small. The seats were immovable, in a fixed position for 4 hours. The first class bathroom broke and those passengers were forced to use the other bathroom in the rear of the aircraft. This is a 4 hour flight and I felt like hearded cattle. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Airbus 320. It borders on cruel. If you have claustrophobia issues avoid this airplane as they sell every seat due to a reduced schedule in November.

Buyer beware.....I booked a flight that was refundable within 24 hours and got $300 of the $1950 due. With hours of trying to get refund from them even with the paperwork proof that's due to me, they still have not given me my refund after two months. DO NOT BUY AIRLINE TICKETS with them. I'm taking it to the local news next.

A few weeks ago I rated the British Airways website a 1 star. A few days later, I was able to reach an agent and she completely flipped my impression of BA. So I am giving them 5 stars. The website was having a "very bad week". However, the agents were more than making up for it. This was the most patient online agent ever. She went through every detail of our complicated itinerary and followed up multiple times to ensure every leg was properly booked. I am impressed that British Airways has invested in this level of customer service by phone. I am looking forward to our trip.

DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I attempted to make a simple flight change to move a flight 2 days in the same flight class and they are attempting to charge me $3,000 for something that should be an almost neutral cost. There are MUCH better airline options that care more (or even just a little bit) about their customers.
