My family and I recently took a vacation to Orlando at Universal Studios. I just wanted to say that our travel agent Pam worked with us to make our trip stress free. All the flights were on time, some early even, and our overall experience was extremely satisfying. Would highly recommend Breton Travel and will use them again in the future.

Jennifer at Breton Travel was amazing! She listened to everything we were looking for in a resort for our honeymoon, and she found the perfect place for us. She went above and beyond to make every aspect of our travel easy and stress-free so that we could just relax and enjoy! We'll be working with Jennifer for all of our travel from now on, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Breton travel is amazing to work with, especially Jennifer Conway. I had never bee on an all inclusive trip and she made our experience easy, affordable, and memorable. We booked with Jen for my sons senior spring break. This was at the tail end of Covid and traveling was a little stressful. Not with Conway! My daughter will be a senior this year and we will be booking with her and Breton Travel again. Can’t wait!

We had a fantastic experience working with Jennifer. She planned a beautiful trip for us. She took care of every detail from private drivers from the airport to our resort down to specific services and upgrades at our resort. We didn't have to worry about a thing and were able to just enjoy our vacation. We will definitely go to her to plan our next big vacation.

I’ve worked with Breton Travel, Lou Lint several times and it’s been a struggle from a communication standpoint. But recently I have been working with Lou to create travel plans to Greece and to my ultimate disappointment, her communication was the worst ever. She did not listen to my requests, and went ahead booked flights and hotels when I explicitly said to hold off until the pricing and itinerary was completed. My husband and I met with her for 3 hours and put together a strong itinerary. Her next email to me had the itinerary completely wrong, with hotel recommendations ignored, and weeks of no work being done. She ignored my requests, would go weeks upon weeks without ever doing anything on my plan and then send something that I had already indicated I didn’t want. Unfortunately my 3 months of planning now has to be started all over. I need a reliable travel agency, this one and Lou Lint in particular is not it.
