They offer cheaper prices during lean season but when you book with Expedia.com they don't tell you the carry on isn't included in the price. So, be ready to pay extra $40 to carry your own personal items (each way).

Pay close attention to your booking because they change it often. We booked our family sitting together out of HSV and when checking in they had moved us far apart. When I finally was able to “text” with someone from Breeze they told they couldn’t switch our seats. Terrible for a family to be split apart when you have little ones. Also, Breeze you can’t talk to anyone about issues only text messages so I doubt it’s even a human. We are going back to paying more for reputable airlines. I’ve never had booking and communication issues like this with American Airlines, Delta or United. NOT FLYING BREEZE AGAIN!!

Never again. Late by 4 hours, no gate on arrival. Tray is taped shut. But the wifi worked, so there's your 1 star.

Absolute garbage airline. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, the worst I’ve ever dealt with. You can’t call them, they can’t change or modify anything from the desk at the airport, you have to text or email. If you try to change flights and choose to apply your credits and it doesn’t work, you’re stuck with the tab. Even if you just did it. I will never ever use this airline again and I will tell everyone I know and meet to never use this airline.
