I travel frequently. Breeze flights are constantly delayed. This time a few seats are stuck in the reclined position. It's always something with this airline.

What an unpleasant experience. Cancelled flight for mechanical issues with infrequent updates. Flight next day from PWM through RDU to RSW. Luggage was offloaded in RDU by mistake. Lack of staff at RDU resulting in no luggage for four days with a chance of seeing it tomorrow when they fly the route again. Promise of reimbursement for basics, toothbrush underwear etc. Meaningless. No human contact, all app based with 12 plus hours response times. Told at RSW we would have to come back to pick it up. 2 hour roundtrip from Sanibel. It has severely soured our opinion of Breeze.

I took Breeze Airways for the first time non-stop PBI to CHS. It currently only operates Sundays & Thursdays. The planes are new, clean, safe, spacious - unlike most carriers these days, and the crew is great. The Captain came out to speak to everyone and was personable with a sense of humor. The flight attendant’s seem to actually enjoy their jobs. I’ll definitely fly Breeze again.

Don't believe the direct flight pitch of Breeze. They diverted passengers from PBI to CMH to Charleston, SC and leaving them stranded. It is 7 hours and counting on a 2 1/2 hour direct flight that cost $409 +.

You can purchase tickets, change flights and adjust other customer service details at the counter on Tuesdays between 11:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m at any Breeze Airways terminal. The customer service was very professional and helpful. The flight was also less money that way.
