Our first time flying with Breeze Airlines to Providence, Rhode Island was exactly that—a breeze! From check-in to boarding, everything was seamless. ✈️ Breeze Airways, is an American low-cost airline. Breeze focuses on flying between underserved cities and creating new air routes. I gave them a try this weekend. My outbound flight was great. It was two levels higher than flying with Spirit. The ✈️ was three yrs old. Clean and lots of leg room. Liked the left side only two seat 💺 rows and right a three seat 💺 row. Food selection was decent and priced reasonable. My inbound flight was different had a smaller older Embroider plane ✈️. Couldn’t even fit the same carry on that I took going out comping back home. Was disappointed about that. However, as long as they keep you on the newer planes ✈️ the prices are great and the ride is better than Spirit.

If I could choose zero stars, I would. My MIL accompanies my son home every summer. Booking the flights with Breeze is migraine inducing every time. It's not rocket science, it's a round trip for an adult and a one way for a teenager. This year they screwed it up so I can only check in the adult, they won't let me check in my son. Apparently the lady who entered the info at the airport when I bought the tickets didn't do it right so the reservations weren't linked. Their customer service "text" person (because you can't speak to a human, you can only text their reps) told me I should have cancelled one reservation and then made them both together. I explained that I did make them both at the same time....at the airport (which they only do on Tuesdays from 10-1 or something like that but because I need a one way and a round trip, I can't purchase them online)....with a human....who had all the details...but somehow she didn't do it correctly. I definitely recommend choosing ANY other airline. Oh, and when I got to the airport, there was nobody at the counter during their 3 hour window each week that they allow in person ticket sales and the airport staff said nobody was working the counter that day because they didn't have any flights. It took me an hour and a half at the airport just to purchase 2 tickets. Then when I got home, I got an email that The cancelled one of them and it took another couple of hours to get that straightened out because it was after their ridiculous 3 hour on Tuesdays only window where you can speak to a human at the airport. Worst airline I have ever dealt with. They make Allegiant and Frontier look like 1st Class.

We did the check in but no one at the desk to drop the luggage or help you out. I was told if you drop your luggage off it will get lost so you have to wait for their staff.

I was happy with the plane and seats even though our flight was delayed initially. Then our return flight was delayed and then cancelled. When I attempted to contact them you can only reach them via text and it took forever to get questions answered and my flight rebooked. I’m talking hours. Since the section I originally booked was full I had to settle for the Nice seats with my toddler… horrible experience overall. I would not recommend flying with them.

Breeze Airways is my absolute favorite airline. I have flown thousands of times in my life and I truly mean it Breeze is above any other Airline I have flown with-before. I started using Breeze two years ago and it perfectly consistent each time. I love the fact they fly from Sarasota Airport. This small port is also one of my absolute favorites. Everything about Breeze Airlines is perfect- their staff is beyond exceptional. Both on the ground, as well as in the Air. Recent experience was highlighted by one of the most wonderful flight attendants I have ever met- Ryan. He was so kind and nice. His demeanor should serve as the perfect MODEL for how every Flight Attendant should be. The kindest person I met in the Air- ever! I am forever grateful for the experience here at Breeze. The plane was exceptionally clean as it Always is. The prices of the tickets are great- very respectful and the whole experience is A+++. I could go on an on praising Breeze but I will stop here and thank the management for providing exceptional service to their clients and for making our trips an unforgettable experience. We appreciate that you care to keep us safe and to provide affordable, direct flights to so many destinations and to offer such beautiful, clean and very modern planes for everyone to enjoy. This is the staple of Today’s Flight Business. All airlines should take an example from Breeze how to train their crew and how to deliver direct, safe, pleasant flights.
