Thought I pressed the easy button. Non-stop flight to pizza competition in Columbus Ohio - my dough and custom prepared ingredients would be in the air 1.5hrs (no problem) 🙄 Got to the baggage carousel- no 90# ice chest. Three hours later they informed me it never got loaded in Jacksonville and they can’t find it. My test kitchen time was scheduled for 4pm so I loose my competitive window 😔 Fast forward.. United calls me 7hrs later to let me know our ice chest made it to Columbus. We didn’t even use United. But grateful they have our ingredients. Sadly because it was never loaded by Breeze as paid for it was in the air touring multiple states and my dough froze. Super disappointed we were really looking forward to this competition 😢 Fun fact…. When there is a problem at Breeze air you can’t talk to a person. They do everything via ai email and text. Absolutely non existent customer service Also, if you pay for first class…the stewardess will be too busy playing on her personal phone to do beverage service 🤦🏻♀️

I experienced a delay at JAX due to a tire change and was at risk of missing my connection flight. Thankfully, the gate agent, Anisha, was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I could still make it to my destination. She worked her magic and was able to arrange an accommodation, turning what could have been a very negative travel experience into a positive one. Regardless of the outcome, her effort and dedication alone deserve recognition. It’s team members like Anisha who truly make a difference for travelers.

Breeze Airlines: where the ticket price matches the quality of the employees. My company booked me a last-minute JAX flight on 8/11/25, and the counter agent greeted me with lip filler, attitude, and the audacity to mock my request not to sit in front of the restroom. By boarding, she’d upgraded me to “problem passenger” status—apparently, having a seating preference is a crime for the incompetent worker. Add a broken tray, dead WiFi, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for a one-and-done airline experience. Breeze, nope- More like gust of hot air.

My first round trip with Breeze and I chose the better seats which was around 40 dollars more but great leg room and WIFI was really good. The aircraft was new, clean and comfortable! If you are military you get priority loading, active and retired! Highly recommend

I have flown all over for business and pleasure Breeze airlines by far surpasses all of the airlines I have been on the quility and the price beets them all and the stewerads and steweradess are out of this world they go above and beyond to be helpful and friendly they treat you like family, no matter if you are flying business class or coach you get treated with respect and made to feel comfortable. I highly suggust giving them a chance to prove me wrong not going to happen they are great.

100% fail by the onsite supervisor on 10/27/25. Plane was delayed by 6 hours - fine, that happens. What should NOT happen is the check in desk not being staffed for the 90 min prior to the new departure. When it finally was, after my 45 minutes texting with breeze support (only way), we're told that it's too late to get our bags on the plane. Supervisor told check in check in agent via radio to send us through and gate check. We tried, but it's a check in size bag, appropriately denied by TSA as it wouldn't fit the X-ray machine. At that point, flight is missed - and next one is 4 days later. This is flat out the on-site shift supervisors fault and flaw. Check in should have been open. Bags should have been allowed for check in within the normal check-in window. The staff for that day deserve reprimand and training. Breeze is what it is and actually does a good job at their tier for planes and friendliness. But when you only fly a route twice a week, you're on-site people need to have their crap together if a plane is late.
