I will never use this airline again!!! I would give it zero stars if I could!! I had a bag that could easily fit under my daughters seat and when we boarded I confirmed this but was told by the check in attendant that it would not fit so I could put it in an overhead bin but I would have to pay 75$ to do so!!!! I can’t imagine if I had to check a bag! She also never gave me a boarding pass and I got well into the security line and had to go back and she then rudely implied it was my fault having never even brought up the topic with me!! I travel a decent amount but I will never fly with them ever again!!!!

I woke up at 3AM to a notification from my bank for a charge from Breeze Airways. Keep in mind that I flew Breeze two weeks ago and ALL charges were paid in full, which was also confirmed via chat with the representative. I have a charge from Breeze on my bank statement of $33.99 that miraculously appears from out of nowhere and the representative tells me that I must dispute it with my bank. Why should I do the legwork when there should have NEVER been a charge in the first place? This is fraudulent. Breeze should not have the ability to just post charges to a customer's account when they want to. When going back and forth via chat with the rep they were so incompetent and disregarded the fact that I said that I did not have a confirmation number for a flight nor should there be any pending or recent charges. This is not the first time that there has been a display of incompetence from Breeze. They recently sent me a notification to check-in for a flight that I had not booked as well. It is a total inconvenience to have to go through this at three in the morning and no one is held accountable.

They never had anyone put their sets in UPRIGHT POSITION for landing. Gotta love the people that always have to push it all the way back and cramp the people behind them. No consideration for others. I arrived slightly before the time where bags were no longer taken. The agent informed me they had already stopped accepting them despite my friend and I showing them that there was in fact more than 45 minutes until departure. While one of the agents was very nice(and is the reason why this is 2 stars instead of 1), the one who seemed to be in charge was completely rude and unhelpful. She didn't make even the slightest attempt to help or be kind. I hope her day today and all future days are as miserable as I am waiting for another flight.
