    My first experience with Breeze Airways was great! I was impressed with the new local service routes and how affordable they are (SBD to SFO $78 rout trip (on long weekend). The plane was on-time and staff were courteous and friendly. The plane cabin was spacious and offered free WiFi Connection with free movies. Overall great experience

    Discount airline gets you discount service. At midnight i Was texted that the 830 flight would be delayed to 1055, so I showed up to the small airport at 10 am, which is plenty of time to get through security and for my bag to be loaded. The lady on the courtesy phone at the airport (probably not a breeze employee) was rude about informing me that I should've been here early for the original flight time. Awaiting email to see about being made whole for the experience. My mom flew out with them last week and they canceled flight on her after multiple delays also. Just not a good airline experience. And I'm sure I'll be seeing no remedy to problem.

    I had a really bad experience with my checked luggage with them. The actual flight was delayed by about 45 minutes but otherwise okay. However, my luggage was not loaded at the airport for the direct flight. The representative at the airport was not helpful, so I had to text their customer service to get it resolved. It took a full week for me to get my luggage back and they did not communicate anything about the status of my luggage. Meanwhile, they refused to reimburse me for the items I had to buy that were stuck in my suitcase, claiming (contrary to their Contract of Carriage) that they don't reimburse expenses at passengers' home airports and that the basic personal/hygiene items I requested a refund for do not qualify for reimbursement. The route is so convenient that I would have used it again and recommended it to a family member had this been resolved better, but I don't trust Breeze anymore.

    Garbage airline. I’ve flown breeze several times now. They are the most unreliable airline I’ve ever used. You can guarantee your flight will be delayed, or cancelled. They cancelled our flight while we were in the security line. I’d recommend any airline above breeze. Such a shame that they don’t have to be accountable either. Their customer service is worthless.

    This is hands down the worst flying experience I have ever had. My first flight was delayed 6 times after arriving to the airport. I ultimately needed to change my flight to the next day due to the delays which cost me $100+. The next day's flight was smooth. My return flight was delayed by 3 hours and they ended up redirecting my flight from John Wayne (Irvine) to LAX. I was supposed to land at 7:10pm 20 minutes from home but ended up getting off the plane in LAX at 12:00am and got back home just before 2:00am after taking a $140 Lyft. I will never fly with Breeze again and would strongly recommend that no one else take the risk of flying with such an unprofessional airline.
