Trash airline. My family (myself and extended) has flown breeze a total of 10 times, 8 of those flights that were suppose to be non-stop ended up making a stop for fuel….what a joke. Thought I’d try one more time, as breeze advertises the only non-stop flight we need…here I am again, sitting in the middle of nowhere for an hour waiting for fuel…AVOID AIRLINE and go with a more well established company. Pay for one stop, because more than likely you’ll be making an unplanned stop with breeze!!!

WE WERE BOOKED FOR THE SECOND EVER FLIGHT OUT OF FT MYERS NON STOP TO VEGAS AND BACK . The flight to Vegas they changed the plane . Nearly 20 people who had purchased first class and paid double were made to ride coach and still had to pay for first class. The return flight was canceled the night before . They offered a refund or a new flight in one weeks time . We had to pay $1400 for a new flight on a new airline the same day as travel . Breeze said we know it’s frustrating . BREEZE HAS NO PHONE NUMBER TO TALK !!! Text only !! My opinion ! AVOID BREEZE AIRLINES AT ALL COSTS . They only have one plane for this route . If anything happens to plane or any issue comes up ( no crew in this case ) they can’t return you home for a full week when the next scheduled flight is leaving !! IF THAT FLIGHT A WEEK LATER ACTUALLY LEAVES! Worst vacation ever due to breeze airlines

I wish I could give zero stars. This airline let me purchase $700 worth of tickets to new orleans and I had a family emergency and had to cancel. I was going to rebook for the next month. The next month new orleans was no longer an option and they told me it was seasonal and to be added back. It hasn't been added back in two years and now my money is about to expire on their site with NO DESTINATIONS available from my city. Tampa was an option but now it states no flights available. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Would not recommend this airline. Did not staff enough desk staff and many people were nearly late to their flight. Over 30 bags were lost on our direct flight and there was no available phone number to call and assist with finding the bags. On every level the airline did not take ownership of their mistakes and took no action to remedy mistakes when they were brought to their attention.

Would give 5 stars. But today at OKC I asked to have my paid carryon bag checked in instead. I figured this would provide more check in space for others. I was told that it would cost me an additional 25 dollars so I declined. Now I am at the gate with my bag and they are asking for volunteers to check there bags in. Poor management in action.
