    This is my first time flying breeze and it is making me want to NEVER fly with your airline again. I have been extremely dissatisfied and disrespected and disappointed and the fact it is impossible to speak with a real person is an absolute joke. I just got engaged on my trip and am missing my engagement party and have only been offered a single small cup of water for the hours of delay. No food. NO ASSISTANCE REBOOKING NEXT AVAILABLE FLIGHT. No reimbursement or food voucher or snacks or hotel stay. Captain on flight is giving everyone attitude and being a complete jerk. Literally said β€œI’m comfortable!” With an smirk. All of us are starving and exhausted. Breeze gives email response showing no empathy or help just figure it out yourself. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Joke of an airline.

    FIRST AND LAST TIME - NO MORE BREEZE FOR ME... Booked reservation for Ascent 'class' (similar to business class w/large seat, drinks, snacks included - also 2 checked and 1 carry on). Plane for those seats is A220, however, plane was swapped to an Embriar which does not have those large seats. Also, no included beverages ($10/each) or snacks ($4.50/each). Purchased the upgraded fare to have more space and a couple cocktails not for the bags since I only had one checked. Anyway, Breeze refunded $20 for downgrading bc of their change in planes. SAD

    Attendant insisted that I have to open the window shade before the plane landed. I was sound asleep and the rudest attendant could not give me one valid reason why the window shade must be up for landing. I did figure out why. The lazy attendants don't want to open the shades themselves. They'd rather bother and threaten customers to do it for them. Shame on you flight 717 out of Orlando. Lazy rude attendants. You did nothing on my flight except aggravate the hell out of me. And they charged me $8 for wifi and never provided the wifi I paid for. Breeze Just connected me to the breeze web site. Thanks for letting me into your web site for$8! Next time deliver on the marketing. There is no wifi.

    Their process for checking bags is slow as hell! People checked in should have a faster easier way to get bags tags and drop them off. I won’t fly them again unless I have only a carry on.

    You get what you pay for is certainly true here. My first time using Breeze. My flight to Myrtle Beach was 40 minutes late in landing and my return flight was 2 hours and 45 minutes late. I received three different answers as to why this was delayed twice and not one of them made any sense. When I contacted customer service, they just told me there was nothing they could do. Extremely unprofessional. I have flown many different airlines, and while delays are inevitable, I have been compensated for these delays. Not a thing from Breeze. I will never recommend this airline to anyone. Pay the extra it is well worth it. (And it was a matter of $30 more with Southwest.) Should have known.
