Julie did an amazing job helping plan our northern Italy/Switzerland trip itinerary, hotels, trains, etc. Everything was seemless, and coordinated perfectly with my Sons graduation trip. We were able to meet up with him in Florence and Murren and could not have had a better experience. Julie also suggested adding Montreux to our Switzerland travels to give us a taste of the French side and it turned out to be one of our favorite destinations. Our trip to Italy planned by Angie was absolutely amazing! The hotels were exceptional, and every tour and transfer went smoothly. The guides were knowledgeable and made each stop even more meaningful. Our favorite memory was the private boat tour in Capri—it was magical! We also loved relaxing in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Angie made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to plan our next trip with BTA.

Dining recommendations have also been very helpful and have always exceeded our expectations. In addition to accommodations, the peace of mind that they can offer with their transportation contracts can be very valuable when traveling internationally. Transfers are always private and clean with professional drivers. They take all of the guesswork out of inter-country travel. I also love how our itinerary is loaded in their app with all lodging, restaurants, tours and excursions easy to locate with all necessary tips and information. I honestly would not plan a major trip without them. We plan to use their service again next summer for the Almafi Coast. The planning fee is far and above made up for in the peace of mind and extra details that take a typical trip to magical.

Fall Colors trip and cruise We had the most amazing adventures on this trip!  We began by spending 5 days exploring Boston and Martha’s Vineyard, continued on with a fall colors Regent Cruise and concluded with 3 glorious days in Montreal. I’ll begin with Boston. Thanks, Janet, for booking us at The Godfrey. The downtown location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do and explore.: North End, Boston Common, Public Gardens, etc. The only glitch was we were unhappy with our original room (extremely small with absolutely no storage space), however, the staff immediately upgraded us to a larger room with beautiful views. After that all was good. I’d recommend this hotel over the Newbury based upon activities accessibility alone. What can I say about our Regent cruising experience. The words that come to mind are elegance, friendliness of the staff, great restaurants and wonderful entertainment. Our stateroom was large and the bed was so comfortable.  The best ports for seeing fall colors were Corner Brook and Montreal.  It was the perfect time of year to experience a variety of fall colors. By far our favorite experience and one I would encourage you to recommend to clients is a day trip to Mont Tremblant during fall. The fall colors were in full bloom on the ride there and once we arrived, we were in awe of the amazing colors that abounded. We rode the gondola to the summit to fully experience the beauty of nature at its best. The other place we explored was the Montreal Botanical Gardens. It was spectacular and full of colors as well. Janet, thank you for sharing your expertise with us and for organizing yet another wonderful trip for us!  We had the best time and those fall colors will stay with us for a long while.
