Great location! The Chicago L Blue Line station is just across the street. Dropping off and picking up my luggage was quick, easy, and hassle-free. There’s also a Lyft bike parking spot at the next intersection – a perfect combo for a fast city visit before heading to the airport. I’m more than happy! One small suggestion: I only realized later that the luggage drop-off is right across from the Clark/Lake Blue Line station. If I had known this in advance, I could’ve saved a few minutes. But hey, that’s life!

The art store was there before the store opening time and open the door right at 9:00 AM, unlike other place said open 24 hours, but not at all. It is neat store at a good location. The owner is so nice. I highly recommend this site for storing your luggage and enjoy the Chicago Cloud Gate a block away. Best to book a day ahead.

This place was awesome! Got off at the Jackson CTA blue line stop. Stopped for coffee in an alley around the corner & was able to drop off luggage earlier than my appointment. Excellent service - safe location - owner tags my luggage, took a picture of it & uploaded into app & showed me his process so I knew my luggage was as safe. Easy to pick up as well.

Location is good, right at the Washington Blue Lane Station, right downtown, so if you're coming from ORD and need to head back, this is the perfect spot. You just go to the 3rd floor, you should be on your way, good spot, easy transaction.

This location is perfect for luggage storage. We had to check out of our Airbnb at 11a but didn't need to be to the airport until after 5p. We rode the Brown line into the Loop and got off at the Adams/Wabash stop. Apex Art & Frame was about 50 ft from where we exited the El. Drop off and pick up were quick and we caught the 146 bus to Museum Campus about 1 block around the corner.
