I recently had the pleasure of booking a trip to London with Blue Vida Travel, and I cannot express enough how incredible the experience was. From start to finish, Gayle and Melissa were absolutely phenomenal in planning, quoting, and problem-solving. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a seamless trip was evident throughout the entire process. When one of my tours was unexpectedly cancelled, without any fault to Blue Vida, Gayle swiftly stepped in and arranged another tour without any hassle. Her quick thinking and efficiency saved the day and allowed me to continue enjoying my trip without any interruptions. This was, without a doubt, the easiest and most enjoyable trip I've ever taken. The level of service and care provided by Gayle and Melissa exceeded all my expectations. I will absolutely be booking my future travels with Blue Vida Travel again. Thank you, Gayle and Melissa, for making my London adventure unforgettable!

Blue Vida is not worth the 2.5 hours we spent at the seminar. The pricing is inconsistent, the longer you stay the price goes down as they need to make a sale. We signed up and than had second thoughts, tried to cancel by writing a letter. You can not call and cancel and you must do it in writing 3 days from signing the contract. While we all know the US mail takes longer than 3 days to get anywhere now a days. We did cancel but we lost over $600 in processing fees which is absurd. They claim they did not receive the letter of cancellation within 3 days and we sent the letter the very next day after signing the contract which was on a Sunday. What they advertise in savings is not true. I ended up booking the exact trip on my own and saved well over what Blue Vida was offering. The cost to join Blue Vida was over 6K. I would never join this place, how I wish I had never received that postcard in the mail. I give them zero stars, unfortunately I had to give them 1 star in order to post.

Similar to the other negative reviews below I concur with the NOT WORTH THE TIME for the "Giveaway promos". Additionally I will say that as a very seasoned and fortunate traveler, having visited over 30 countries globally; the prices that Blue Vida offers for vacations can be achieved equal to or less than the Blue Vida Price by being a conscious and diligent consumer. If money isn't a big deal, or you would rather spend more dollars and have someone do the planning for you, then any travel agency offers that service. Blue Vida basically charges you the "Travel Agent Fee" that you would pay on each trip you use an agent for UPFRONT. That is basically what you are getting. That is why the membership price starts around 15K and rapidly drops based on your objections and body language. So if you paid an average of say $200.00 per trip you use a travel agent for, do the math at how many trips you need to book to equal the "Blue Vida Membership". If anyone wants to travel cheap and fun, I'll charge you half the Blue Vida rate for my personal membership fee and give you all the world saving tips I have used and learned over the decades and countries visited. None of you reading this are itching to pay me a DIME, and you shouldn't be for Blue Vida either.

Very upset after the fact of wasting my time at a 2 hour presentation. I was kind of sucked into the hype of the "super" cheap travel they "SAID" they would give you if you dropped $12,900 for a wholesale travel membership. It must not be that special, if they drop the price from $12,900 to $4,000 in 10 minutes of a sales pitch and 2 "no's". So so glad we did not fall for it! We just had a feeling in our stomach that something wasn't right. The lack of professionalism, the "too good to be true" membership they kept pitching, and how they basically exuded the need to sell you immediately! The worst part is that they say how much they spend on the promo items in order to get you to the presentation. That is the biggest joke! I have been in marketing for over 35 years and am very familiar with the two pieces of paper (alleged cruise & transporation) and the "$100 dining card" as they call it. What you REALLY get!!! 1. A voucher that you send $75 into Blue Vida (the company doing the presentation). Then 30-60 days later you receive info on how to book a very restricted cruise which you have to pay for the taxes in advance too. Just look at the BBB reviews and how much of a nightmare it is for people to book. Blue Vida is betting on you sending in the $75 fee to them and then you giving up on booking the trip due to how difficult it is and all the restrictions. It's a win-win for Blue Vida! 2. You get a form that asks you to send in a form to their "marketing" company (who they blame everything on if you question anything). This company called Customer Choice Rewards is out of FL and just about promos for car dealers, trade show exhibits, and yes sales seminars by travel companies. You can buy packs of these "forms" for about $5 each, so you can see it's not a big value. 3. Last, and probably most deceiving is the $100 dining card that they advertise being good at great restraunants like Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Longhorn Steakhouse, Bar Louie and many more. Yeah.....well, that's not the case! You get a coupon book for locaL restaurants like BOGO meal at Jose's Taco shop good for $10 off, or buy 2 entree's at Pei Wei Oriental get the 3rd free (up to $8 off). It's a complete JOKE! Moral to the story! DO NOT GO TO THE PRESENTATION and waste your time. The items they bait you with are NOT legit and/or worth it. IF you do go to the presentation because you don't look at the reviews first or believe all the poor reviews on BBB, GOOGLE, etc. Then do not get suckered into buying anything. You will regret it!
