This is a very poor service. They don't work properly, and the staff's behavior is also not good. They take a lot of time to do even a single task, and that too after repeated reminders.

It is very bad side, it does not work properly and their staff behavior is very bad, no one gives timely service. Recently the same PNR But two tickets were made out of which one had to be canceled but their staff canceled both the tickets due to which I had to make more tickets and pay the money. His staff neither admitted their mistake nor returned the money.

I was travelling from pune to mumbai ...... The conductor and the boys was very greedy... They stop bus at every 10 mint..... They told people that we will go within 10 mints but they take 1 and half hour from pune to move on...... They were doing scam.. Specially the boy who call mumbai mumbai borivali...... He was very greedy hw took money from 10/12 people and he said that he will give money back...... But at khopoli stand he leave the bus and went away..... He took money and driver was also denied from given back to him.... Never ever go with this bus..... It takes 6 hour from pune to bandra
