BLER travel arranged for an amazing Ireland vacation. Logistics were completely seamless- smooth Delta flight, met by competent chauffeur/driver and friendly tour guides who were with us throughout the stay, outstanding choice of hotels, and nothing short of spectacular attractions (Cliffs of Moher, Athelone Castle, Guinness Tour, Dublin Castle, St Patrick’s Cathedral and so much more). Sam (Shimson) of BLER travel took care of every detail leaving us to just enjoy, and enjoyed we did. Even had my first pint of Guinness ever!

My partner & I just completed an 18 day trip to Lake Como, Venice, & Croatia arranged for us by Sam Erenfeld of Blair Travel in Brookline, Ma. We met with Sam a few months before the trip, explained our expected budget & time frame, our likes & dislikes when traveling as well as our interests & preferences. Sam then gave us a detailed draft agenda for our review. The trip was one of the best travel experiences ever. Everything was on time & on budget, the activities/excursions Sam arranged such as visits to several spectacular national parks in Croatia were perfect for us, & the hotels Sam picked were great with good locations, access to wonderful beaches, spotless & with staffs who were friendly & helpful. All in all, a really great trip.

I will not use Rima at Bler travel again! She basically screwed up the 50th birthday celebration we were having, wasn't attentive to the situation showed no urgency to fix the situation was very argumentative regarding her mistakes she made then acted as if she was doing us a favor and we were out the country in Mexico! She messed up pretty much in every aspect; we were to stay in Tulum she put us in at Princess in Playa riviera, she messed up Travelers names then tried to charge them 50.00 to correct! She messed up travelers credit card info, She messed up our airport transportation which one had to pay out of pocket to ensure they made their flight after Rima confirmed she would be good to go, we had to call her several times to fix our transportation arrangements, we had 3 rooms with double beds request, but got 2 and 1 with a king although there were 6 of us! She offered no apologies for anything, no refuds or credits for anything, no offer of an excursion NOTHING! I book better trips myself! Although I wasn't the one who actual booked with her (it was the birthday person herself) I know for a fact I will never book with Rima or Bler travel. Even after returning from this trip she has yet to send a courtesy email or anything! 2 thumbs down 👎
