We were not too happy . We made an appointment with him . He wasn't on time . We waited nearly an hour then the office he was located at wasn't aware of his agency. We were trying to get passports. We gave him our personal information. We feel we were overcharged. He couldn't get our information correct. Then we weren't finished, we were supposed to meet again in Lytle the next day around 2:00 at the post office . We waited he texted saying he hadn't left yet that was at 2:00 . He said our information wasn't correct. We asked for a refund at this point . We had to go round and round with him . It was a mess . He used PayPal for our payment that was another issue. We finally got our refund . I wouldn't recommend.

Booking my first ever trip to Puerto Rico….. Thanks to Bexar Travel Solutions for all their help!!!! Booking was so easy!!! They were so tentative to my needs—set up all flights, hotels and excursions….. Plus we looked through pictures of the places we would be going to I would have an idea of things when i was in Puerto Rico. Even fixed me an itineraries to help me see the most of what Puerto Rico has to offer. I will def book again with them hands down…..
