We had a wonderful stay in the suite here. The property is pretty friendly, so we just had to pay the usual pet fee which was nice. The towel swans around the jetted tub were adorable and the amenities for the room were otherwise perfect. The staff was also perfectly friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, right on the strip to alll casino's and food, yum yum. And the breakfast is great!!!! Thanks for your hospitality at the best Western plus we dover.!! I will definitely stay again and recommend others to stay there as well. 👍

The manager and staff are all very friendly and helpful. The AC works great, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable rooms. The free breakfast is really a nice perk especially the waffles they are delicious. They are really good about keeping the breakfast items stopped through the hours that free breakfast is available which was nice. Love the little coffee/tea machine in the lobby.

This was the worst service I have ever gotten from Best Western. The staff is incompetent as we talked to four staff members there. They messed up our reservations three times on the room we reserved. When we booked the rooms we ordered three rooms and only had two available when we showed up. I asked the lady when we checked in to extend our stay for a few days in which she did not do it. I spoke with the other staff member in the morning to confirm and said they were never reserved. I then asked to reserve those rooms for four more days. He said he did. He seemed by the way he was talking like he was under the influence of a substance. I just called the fourth staff member to make sure that the morning staff member did extend the rooms. He did not. By far the worst experience ever. Contacting corporate and the owner of the hotel in which when I asked the most recent staff member to call me. I also asked for who was the owner and the best number to get a hold of them. He said he wasn't able to give me that information even though it's posted on the wall. We will be staying far away from this place and will not recommend others to go to it. Very incompetent people working here. Stay far away from this hotel. If I could give 0 stars that is what this place would be. Thanks for taking such good care of your Best Western Platinum members.

Had the opportunity to stay here as we had a high school sport game in West Wendover. The staff was wonderful, especially Melanie and Faby. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of selections for our high schoolers. We plan to I have our team stay here again for the next season!
