Just this week, I flew with Aztec Airways from Marsh Harbour to Fort Lauderdale, as weather changed my original plan to travel home from vacation via boat across the gulf stream. My entire experience with Aztec was simply outstanding. From the initial quote request to the final landing, every aspect was five-star. Even booking at the last minute, the entire booking process was smooth and efficient. Sandra and Marcella (sp?) answered all of my questions with patience and exceptional professionalism. Subsequent communication was excellent, with updates at every step, including notifications about modified flight times, and times for arrival at the airport, and what to expect upon landing. The aircraft was comfortably appointed and very clean. Our pilot, Jim, was highly skilled, ensuring a smooth and comfortable, and most importantly, a safe flight. Jim was also very personable, friendly, kind and very attentive to one of our fellow passengers who was experiencing limited mobility due to injury. Upon arrival, there was a very minor hiccup with my rental car, and the Aztec folks went above and beyond to help me sort it out and get me on my way home. The high level of care and attention from everyone at Aztec - the booking agents, the pilot, the on-ground staff - made me feel like a valued client. I really enjoyed my experience with Aztec Airways. The staff are super friendly, they have a nice lounge, flight was on time, and best of all- they are the most affordable direct flight to the island. I will definitely book with them again!
