I would give them 0 stars if I could!!! Do NOT fall for this scam! After spending many days trying to find the best price for my trip to South Africa, I was so excited when I found an amazing deal from Axpress Travel. I booked my trip, gave my credit card info, etc. Today, I was told that deal doesn't exist anymore and I need to pay more. I am disgusted by how unethical this company is. DO NOT USE them!!!

As others have mentioned, this company lures you into a great flight price online. After you book the flight, they will send you an email within 1-2 days stating that your booking has been canceled. When you call them, they offer you "deal" by charging you $200-300 more for the same flight. Total bait and switch scam.

Complete scam. They quote you a great price online, then tell you that those tickets are sold out, and then try to get you to buy new tickets at double the price.

DO NOT book with them. They say that the tickets you booked are no longer available and will cost double. Bait and switch, when I called them out on this the guy hung up on me. SHADY AS HELL.
