Beautiful, Peaceful, and most stunning views. Everything you need to enjoy the TX Hill country. Plenty of space for a family to create forever memories. Enough land for daily hikes, deer and bird watching. Perfect pool and patio area for the most beautiful sunsets, outdoor grilling, or swinging and card playing.

Great home that looks like the pictures. It had all of the essentials, plus magnificent views of the lake and city. The location was convenient; though, many of the places we went around town were not walkable for our family. The unit was clean, and the beds were comfy. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The wifi was very unreliable, and we had poor cell reception. It is a little noisy (due to the location), but we didn’t hear neighbors or people in the hall. The noise was not an issue for us, and did not interfere with our toddler’s naps, just something to consider if you’re looking for some place quiet. The pool is small and gets crowded, especially on the weekend. I wouldn’t say the pool is exactly family friendly during that time, but we went up on a monday evening with no issues. The valet parking is expensive but convenient. Overall great place to stay, and we’d stay again.

A sky-high gem in the heart of austin 🌇 From the moment we checked in, we felt taken care of—thanks to the warm, friendly, and accommodating staff. Our stay kicked off on the 26th floor. The layout was perfect for relaxing or getting ready for a night out. We even used the amazon echo to set the vibe with our favorite playlists—such a fun little perk! The bed? Super comfy. We slept like logs, which says a lot for travelers like us who usually toss and turn the first night somewhere new. Having a washer/dryer in-unit was a total game changer. And the amenities? Top-tier. The pool area gave us postcard-worthy views of the river (though be warned—it gets very popular on sunny days). We hit the gym early, and thank goodness we did—by mid-morning, it turned into a fitness hotspot. Location-wise, it couldn’t be more convenient. Just off the freeway, so getting around was a breeze. Plus, we loved being able to walk to riveria street with its great lineup of restaurants. There’s also a handy market nearby for snack runs and a coffee shop right in the lobby—which is basically essential for caffeine lovers. Bottom line: this place hits all the right notes—stylish, practical, and perfectly situated. We’d 100% stay here again!

I am currently in a VRBO rental controlled by Vacasa. So far Vacasa has replied no to my first 3 requests. No early check in, not even 30 minutes, the won't change the 10 digit code for entrance into the apartment, and I can't have a key to get around having to check my phone every time I want to get back in the apartment because I can't remember the random 10 digit code. Their customer service is non existent. But, the apartment is nice.

Great location, great property, great gym! My son and i stayed for almost a week in sept 2025 and loved it! The apartment/condo was great -- as advertised. We didn't use, but were amazed by, the full-size laundry machines; always nice to have. I used the gym daily and it's fantastic. Loved the location, too (which is why we chose this place) -- close to walking/running trails, a short walk to the fareground for coffee and lunch. The valet service is helpful and a reasonable price imho. Would definitely stay here again.
