the travel packages were average and the staff was helpful, but the booking process felt a bit slow. overall, an okay experience.

This travel agency is one of the best travel agencies I have ever dealt with. They are very knowledgeable and reliable in their field. Miss Shirin the agent is very knowledgeable, friendly and totally skilled, she takes her time to find the best deals with the most reliable airlines. I will highly recommend this travel agency specially Miss Shirin.

Mr. Majid who is the owner is the worst person in this agency. He is very rude, bad-tempered, and a total jerk. I had a change in my booking, and the airline full refunded me. They said they have refunded the agency and I should inquire about it from the agency. But after hours of phone calls with the agancy including Mr. Majid himself, they said they did not recieve the money, a total lie. This agency is a total scam and I recommend it to no one!!!

The worst travel agency in the world the guy is extremely rude and has such a worst service with high prices please don't ever do business with this travel agency I have paid him in full and he sent a letter asking me to pay the bill he has no customer service and has no manners .the way he talks to customers he thinks everybody is beneath him who is he to talk to customers like that ppl please spent your money somewhere else

I bought three tickets before the onset of the COVID pandemic. Due to the pandemic, our plans were disrupted, and we received three vouchers in return. We attempted to use these vouchers to purchase new tickets, but we had to cancel one leg of the journey. Qatar Airways refunded the money to Mr. Majid instead of us. Despite numerous attempts to contact him, Mr. Majid's behavior has become increasingly impolite, and he has not reimbursed us. I advise against making any purchases from him, as he appears to be engaging in fraudulent activities
