Staff is very good and very nice. They are warm and welcoming. The set up is amazing for getting work done while you wait.

Great experience. Have your tail number read as the car pulls up to the parking lot gate. They will not let you into the parking lot without it. Once in its very easy, provide IDs and your reasy to go. Assistance is available with luggage. Transportation to the aircraft is not available and they will not allow autos on the tarmac.

Fragrant, socially distanced waiting area with great views of the airfield. The very helpful staff seems genuinely interested in customer’s satisfaction. Can’t wait to be back in better times.
