Awesome sights of thr airport and planes used to take my son there when he was young a m d watch planes land and T.O. Ahh and how can I not mention the Races when I was a teenager also!! Great times.

Atlantic Aviation's "Special Event Fees" are out of control. Every airport where Atlantic Aviation is the only FBO seems to be having special events now on a daily basis. It's not a legitimate charge, either your ramp is full or it's not. Doing business this way leaves a bad taste in customer's mouths. We will be doing everything we can to avoid Atlantic Aviation at ALL airports from now on.

As a flight dispatcher, I expect when I call an FBO that someone is there to answer my questions and fulfill my request. Not so with with this FBO. Call numerous times, leave a voicemail and no call back. How this FBO rates a five star rating is beyond me, and in fact I'd say it's number one in poor customer service among the Atlantic chain. I for the most part will avoid an Atlantic FBO just for the price of their fuel. I brought that issue up at the annual NBAA Dispatchers and Schedulers conference and the response I got was one of, yeah...so what? As I write this review, I called the PHL Atlantic FBO about our Medevac flight inbound and 20 minute later have not received a call back. Who ever manages that place should be replaced with a more customer service focused station manager. Compared to the Atlantic FBO in PNE? PNE beats them hands down. Get your act together PHL!

Omar and Andrew, our pilots, were very considerate and got us here safely and in timely fashion. The ground crew guys, at both ends, were courteous and professional. Thanks all around for a great flight!
