The Rent A Cop's are MISERABLE I was screamed at by one tonight not once but twice because he couldn't properly explain directions about ANYTHING. He proceeded to scream at my passengers that I was picking up at the end of him throwing a fit he tried intimidating me by writing down my plate. I asked for his name he turned and walked away talking like he had a mouth full of marbles so didn't catch this "Lovely" not so pleasant workers name. People please don't go on public or even work especially for a big place like an airport if you can't even pretend to be a decent human.

My return was a lot better than my going. Going I couldn’t get help with where I needed to go. Thankful that I arrived two hours early. I am giving five stars because of a young girl name Teona because she and another very nice young lady were very helpful and approachable. They were professional and alert. I guess they could see that I am not a regular flyer and greeted me and ask did I need any help. Thank you all so much. I do apologize that I didn’t get the other young lady name. I will be flying out in again in three weeks and I hope I come across these young ladies again.

We have been to a lot of airports, and considering the size, this place is really easy to navigate, get through TSA, and get to your gate. We live in Atlanta. Offsite parking is the way to go.

Atlanta airport it’s a big one but very well organized . Easy to navigate to the gates or to pick up the luggage . It’s never a too much waiting time to pass security just in case they are to many delays or cancelations.

Missed my flight because they decided to do construction at the entry so since there are 5 million cars going in same direction in 1 lane. Yes I was 3 hrs early for my flight and still didn't help.
