This is our first time using AranGrant. We used this company based on previous reviews, which were excellent. We flew from Orlando, Florida to Chiang Mai Thailand to visit our daughter who is serving in the Peace Corps in the northern mountains of Chiang Rai. The customer service is outstanding. Beyond outstanding. And the support is 24/7: by phone, by email, by WhatsApp and text. I recommend AranGrant without hesitation. And thank the support team for being so awesome. 😊

We are taking our family of four from Texas overseas to Rome to catch a cruise. This is my first time booking overseas flights and little did I realize just how expensive it can be. After continuously checking multiple airlines prices myself I stumbled upon the AranGrant website. After reading multiple positive reviews I called them to see what they might could do to get us better flight options! Jade was the representative that helped us and she was amazing! She worked extremely hard looking at multiple flight options, different depart/return options that might provide better pricing. She emailed us every flight option we discussed that showed the prices. We finally settled on one flight plan that put us in the comfortable business class of Lufthansa airlines. I worked with Sammy, who was polite and patient through the process of finding the best options available. He helped me book tickets for an upcoming trip to Johannesburg and I am very happy with the service provided by him. I have used AranGrant before and everything went off well, so am hoping for another successful trip booked through them.

The customer service agents are very polite and nice over the phone. Their AI via Whatsapp is great for fixing minor issues. However, when I had a time-sensitive issue with an airline schedule change, they have been unable to resolve it in a timely manner. Their internal process is far too slow for real-world travel problems where the clock is ticking (even at the couple day time scale). Avoid them if you need a travel agent who can actually help in an emergency. They are actually worse than dealing with the airlines directly, as I was able to get a hold of the airlines rapidly and they stated the rapid course to easily resolve my problem, but they required the Arangrant take care of the issue since the tickets were purchased with Arangrant. So it's basically me begging Arangrant to call the airlines, which they seem unable to do. There website has also not logged a canceled flight 12h after it has been canceled. That's another big red flag as well. They do seem to be following up with refund in a timely manner.

I advise them that I was not able to take a return trip on an international flight and requested credit. They responded in a very long email in buried somewhere in it was a request which I did not see. Unfortunately, they were not able to accommodate this nor did they actively reach out to tell me what was needed. I ended up losing a ton of money because of their poor customer service. I would advise against using them for any business traveler.

Thanks to Davin my ticket got processed despite all the computer problems I had with my local server. Davin kept the line of communication open - reconnecting each time my server drop our connection. And even after I made a mistake he was able to promptly correct my ticket selection. Excellent service!
