ANA has been and will be the first airline I consider for every trip. Though their toll-free line is always busy, it's worth waiting (about 10min less) as they're very supportive and understanding. They really care about their customers! Excellent!

Listen, travel is stressful, it's exhausting, it's frustrating. It's expensive. ANA not just kept everything moving, when something went wrong they were proactive, they kept us informed, they got us rebooked, they made sure our luggage got where it needed to be. Their inflight food service was excellent (very Japanese), and their staff were impressively professional and courteous. A+ ANA.
