Will never use this company again after today. The ridiculousness is beyond human level. Poor management, poor customer service and zero regsrd for clients and money spent. I know all these airlines are a gamble these days but by all means please stay away from American Airlines. By far worst experience I've ever had.

Our experience with American Airlines customer service was extremely disappointing. We were on a flight from Phoenix to CLE that was delayed by 4 hours. When we approached the AA customer service desk at the airport, the agent (Taylor) was unprofessional and dismissive. She made inappropriate comments about our English proficiency, making fun of our talk and words and refused to provide alternate contact information for AA customer service, and insisted we call a general number without offering further assistance. This interaction felt discriminatory, racist and disrespectful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend flying with AA at all

This whole airline is crap. Our flight was delayed by them for 2 hours causing us to miss our connection and be stuck at PHX for 8 hours until another flight and all they will give us as compensation is a $12 voucher for food! If you’ve ever been to an airport you know that doesn’t even cover the cost of a small sandwich. AA SUCKS will never fly with them again.

Had to wait to board disabled woman. We waited 20 minutes to board!!!!! What the heck!!!!! Other people in wheelchairs boarded first!!!!! Why not us?????

Lies on add on hotels and car promotions! If you get an AA push to book a tandem car -Budget SUV- for 55 a day, and get bonus miles- it's a scam! SUVs are at least $66 to 75. Per day. Then only electric- so you need to know charger locations...to do that you need to download an App. After all the effort (budget lines are 1.5 hours in PHX) and ready for check out, a big up charge is added to give you the AA frequent Flyer points promised as a promotion!! And BTW, if you bring back an electric car with less than a 70% charge you'll also penalized but they don't tell you- you must READ.

Terrible service at check-in in Phoenix, Arizona, Terminal 4, Level 2. The staff were very rude and didn't provide clear explanations to customers. This airline is terrible in terms of customer service; I prefer United Airlines or Volaris to this company.
