3 out of the 4 flights were either canceled or delayed. So that is not satisfying for your customers. But United does not do this. I would suggest you do better with what you are supposed to be doing. No one will fly with you. In the future. I will tell every one I know. 25percent is not a good average. Most people didn't get to their connecting flight.

We got to the SPRINGFIELD/Branson airport to check in our baggage, the desk said, we have you flying into Charlotte, then we only have room for one of you on the connecting flight to Keywest. So if you come back tomorrow, we will fly you all the way through. Or…. You can stay overnight at Charlotte and fly out to Keywest, the next day, your choice. My husband and I discussed it, returning to the same lady, two minutes later. She then says upon us deciding to go to Charlotte, “ you don’t have a flight booked to Charlotte, we have you going to Pensacola!”. I couldn’t believe my ears. I spent the next 30 minutes being lied to by her, the rest of the staff, when I demanded to talk to the many, he lied too. They ruined our vacation. We were supposed to be there, Saturday at 1:45 pm and finally got there at 10:30 PM SUNDAY! Had to hitchhike to our condo because the rental car place we booked, was closed. The trip back was ridiculous, but we Got home only two hours later than planned instead of 33 hrs later. The staff needs to be reprimanded for their dishonest behavior! They would not help us because I used Travelocity, but I had the agenda and was receiving text giving us updated on our flight. The staff refused us our flight, saying we didn’t have one, it was RIDICULOUS We returned to the airport, an hour later, and pre checked our flight to get our tickets in hand, because we didn’t want to be bumped again! the next morning, they offered two passengers $900 to give up their seats for a different flight day.Shame on you! It was our HONEYMOON! They also tried to say we were late, it was our fault we missed our flight, we were there two hours early! The flight was late because of a storm. I was so upset by the time we left, I was ready to drive there! We would have got there faster!

I called multiple times and was hung up on mid conversation, within 1 minute of answering my call each time. I was trying to get a hold of customer service for being doubled charged for bags. This may have not been the right number to call, but this was the result of searching American Airlines customer service. Right when I asked about the double charge each person hung up on me right away. I believe it was a third party group. This is a shame that the customer care was addressed in such a poor manner. I fly with (SPRINGFIELD, MO) American Airlines all the time, and in person everyone has been great and friendly! However, the PHONE NUMBER associated with the link here seems to be another story when I called. This is the reason for my 1 star.

We got dropped with just fly our agent and Japan airlines. And american airlines. Japan. And just fly dropped us shortly after we paid. They wouldn't even tell us why or negotiate with us. Super hero did their best to work with us while looking for another agency. I have flown on many flights with America airline. Is the best airline in the whole world.

The Springfield American Airlines is a good group. I've generally encountered pleasant employees behind the check in counter. I've seen very difficult customers in line and the employees have handled them easily. I can imagine other people losing their cool. At the gate, I've never had any trouble with the employees. They are generally very clear with their announcements and get us on the planes in an orderly fashion. My flights in and out of Springfield have differed, but who knows where the crews are based. That said, no flight attendant has ever shown me me anything but respect. Also, American is the most comfortable domestic airline. The seats have a few extra inches, which makes a nice difference. I can cross my legs. Can't beat that!
