Small airport that you can get through pretty easily. It can be tricky to get out of sometimes though. Lots of weather delays. If you absolutely need to be somewhere you may want to just go to Ohare.

Well if you have the pleasure of dealing with Kourtney at the American counter good luck! Apparently in smaller airports like Quad City you have to arrive AT LEAST two hours before they load passengers to even get a person at the counter. I now will call American the NonAmerican Airlines for the horrible customer service and absurd travel requirements and lack of customer attention. America used to be customers first but now we are last!
