We love American Airlines! We're thrilled to see their expansion. In our experience, booking in advance makes them the most cost-effective and comfortable way to fly. The staff is consistently professional, and we've always had excellent flights.

Terrible experience with the ticketing and gate check-in staff in San Diego. There was miscommunication on their part, but instead of helping, they treated me like I was the problem—like I was dumb for asking questions or needing clarification. The way they spoke to me was rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, when I arrived back in Columbus, items from my stroller were missing. Based on how I was treated in San Diego, I honestly can’t shake the feeling that those women had something to do with it. The whole situation left me feeling disrespected and suspicious. American Airlines needs to seriously address the lack of professionalism and empathy in their customer service—especially for parents traveling with young children.

Have been waiting for over an hour over water and snacks to be delivered. This situation is completely unacceptable. It’s absurd that a flight is being delayed over something as trivial as water and snacks. We’ve been sitting here without any clear communication on when we’ll be departing, all because of soda? This is beyond frustrating. There are families and children who need to use the restroom, yet the flight crew is preventing passengers from standing, all to avoid the potential of soda delivery through the aisle. I’m pretty sure people would have liked to arrive on time over food and drink delivery!!! I left my office to catch this flight. I find this experience incredibly irritating. We should not be held up waiting for something as minor as water and crackers.

Incompetent to this level impossible hence a clear disregard of commitment to passenger In brief, flight departing Boston with one hr delay, time fully recovered dirimg flight to phoenix, AZ Yet my connecting flight changed twice following changes of incoming aircraft. Hence not delays rather optimization of aircraft allocation in the best interest of AA not in abidance to “contract” with passenger Very poor name recognition, not a CV professional neither serious behavior !

Absolutely one of the worst airlines was delayed this past weekend multiple times supposedly due to no flight attendant then when we got one the pilot was out of flight time! We were scheduled to leave at 347pm on Saturday only to find out 7 hrs later we leaving at 8am Sunday with a new crew at airport since 530am, only at 730 am notified that flight was still missing crew members, end up not leaving till almost 9am
