my flight was delayed several times with very little communication from the staff. We were left sitting at the gate for hours without any clear updates or explanations. When the flight was finally canceled, there was no proper assistance in rebooking or providing accommodations — just long lines and confused passengers trying to figure things out on their own. Customer service was difficult to reach, and when I finally got through, the representative was polite but seemed overwhelmed and unable to offer real solutions. I ended up spending extra money on a hotel and meals because no vouchers were offered.

Flew American Airlines, due to my location, Delta does not fly. When I fly first class, I expect the service to be on the ready. My flight attendant stayed sitting on her phone or asleep more than helping the passengers in first class. If this is how AA normally operates, then I will find a way around ever flying AA again. Southwest is better than AA.

Lost my bag. They had begged about 10 times for gate check volunteers and we finally gave in. Told us it would be checked to final destination. That was a lie, now the bag is stuck at the layover airport and I'm supposed to file a claim in person there? My destination airport is a 2-hour round trip from my house and I'm not convinced going to the baggage office there will resolve anything. Online bag claim forms don't work, the phone app is terrible, phone support unreachable. At every stage the website and app treat my plight as if it was my fault. No idea what to do next.

One of the worst airlines that I dealt with is always delays in flights, not on time, poor service and poor handling in everything. I will not travel with them again.😡😡😡 You know from Southwest Airlines that it is always beautiful in everything and you can even take large bags without paying other amounts. The crew is nice and fun and they treat travelers well and always on time. Thank you very much Southwest Airlines I wish you always progress❤️

Horrible customer service, nobody helps and is patient with you, they just transfer you to be done with you. American Airlines has lost my bag and it is in DCA (Washington DC Ronald Reagan airport). Flight attend tagged it for that airport as final destination but that was just connecting flight to final destination of Houston. Mentioned to both my final destination is Houston they said it will go to your finals destination. Nobody at all has been a help. How is my bag suddenly just missing when I know it's in DCA? I had over a thousand dollars worth of belongings in my bag. Customer service for AA is literally the worse I have ever seen and I am a retail manager. To get hung up and not helped over 5-6 times is ridiculous. The flight attendant name was Benjamin and he was very confused tagging the bags. The pilot had to come and help him. Not my fault AA can't plan their flights, I don't check bags for a reason. AirTags are necessary.
