    Got here plenty early and had one personal item and one carryon that met all side and weight restrictions and was still forced to check it even when I asked not to since I’m not flying direct and flying solo. Super rude about it too and very poor customer service experience!! Very disappointed especially since I arrived super early and did everything they stated to not check a bag. I highly recommend you offering a drink voucher or something for the inconvenience when it’s not voluntary and forced on the customer. There were also about 5 other roller bags (some bigger than mine) in my same boarding group that they didn’t force check at the gate and seemed to be picking me.

    a maximum triple yum (yumyumyum) score for a recent yummy breakfast on American Airlines. I used miles to upgrade, and of course do recognize the privilege of flying domestic first class. I had the cheese plate, which was way more substantial than I expected for a domestic flight. the crew were fabulous too. thank you American!

    I’m disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from American Airlines regarding an issue I reported over three weeks ago. Despite multiple follow-ups on my part, the matter remains unresolved. When I finally received a call, it came at 5:00 AM—an unusual and inconvenient time for customer contact. While I appreciate that someone eventually reached out, the communication overall has been inconsistent and ineffective. I expected a more timely and professional handling of the situation from a company of this scale.

    So I’m literally in a flight to FT Worth and right of the start we are greeted with rudeness and uncompromising attention to detail. I traveled on flights for over two years and this is the first time that I have been felt like trash traveling with this company. The desk attendant at gate 27 at SD has International she tells me my bag was too large when again I’ve been traveling with this airline over two years now. And only once I had to ch class the bag. I have work items I travel with and cargo reps don’t treat luggage very well at any airport. I asked for a priority sticker and she lies saying they don’t have them. I explained I know you have them so why lie to me. I’m sick of the lack of customer service people have treat you like trash an then expect you to be happy with the experience!!!!!!! I’m done flaying with this airline. I’m getting SPIRIT Vibes when I fly with this company now. I’m DONE! Oh and you’re so called new overtop storage bend suck! Still no room!!!!!

    Don’t let people purchase WiFi if you know it’s not working. You’re absolutely the worst, American Airlines. The worst.
