Another very nice flight on American Airlines. Took it from PHX to STS to visit Sonoma and Napa. Our flight left on time and arrived early. The flight attendants on board were helpful and attentive and the captain gave good updates on flight status. Luggage came through just fine too. Each airline has issues, you’re lying to yourself if you think otherwise… No one cars about your specific negative experience, I fly 6 to 10 different trips per month and overall, AA gets it right. This is why I’ll definitely will continue to fly AA, as I have since deciding to choose them as my sole airlines many years ago.

Awful service. Says they open at 0330 and and checked bags can be accepted 2 hours prior to departure yet they have a line of people waiting till after 0430 to check in giving us no time to do anything but rush to the gate after getting through TSA.

Caroline Rivera has to be the worst flight person or Receptionist I have ever met. I was late for my flight and I asked her if my plane left and she said “wanna look out the window”. Extremely unprofessional and should not be working there. If there was a zero I would give it

This is a scam by frontier airlines to divert calls from American Airline to them. Disgraceful.

Long lines, missed my flight.
